Rainscreen Cladding

Terracotta facades and various other products are a concept for the suspension of modular in a rainscreen application. The performance of the system, utilising the proven principle of a ventilated cavity, creates a condensation free and thermally efficient cladding system, with components which are suited to modern architecture.

The natural beauty and symmetry of the rainscreen facades lies in the precise, clean lines achieved without overlapping, traditionally a method of protecting the facade against water ingress.

We also design, supply and fix the innovative lightweight natural stone panel system (Stonelite) with an overall weight of 25kg/m2, offering cost benefits in access lifting and preliminaries etc.

Insulated Render Systems

We design and install insulated render systems for new build projects achieving U–values of 0.18 W/m2K meeting all current and proposed Part L building regulations. These systems vastly improve the thermal characteristics of the living and working environment.

Through a series of components including stress reinforcement mesh, insulation and decorative finishes, the system is built up on site and finished by hand to the texture and colour selected.

Render systems are extremely versatile and can be applied to nearly all substrate types. Finishes can be extremely vibrant in appearance or can be light pastel shades or white. We are an approved applicator of various render systems.
