This is another City Centre project by Unite to supply quality, affordable student accommodation in the centre of Edinburgh close to the main university and prestigious Quartermile project. The sub contract package involved the design, supply and fix of Natural Stone Cladding from the Peak Moor Quarry in Derbyshire and Specialist Acrylic Render works (STO). This prestigous contract has recently been completed to a very high standard and within budget

Package	(STO) Insulated Render, Compac Ceramic Tile Rainscreen and Chinese Black Granite

Another prestigious residential development in the popular area of Glasgow, close to the Merchant City and City Centre facilities. The sub contract was to carry out both the specialist insulated acrylic render system (STO) and also design and fix the Spanish Compac Rainscreen Tiles and Black Polished Granite from China. Works are onsite with the rendering and the rain screen works complete and the granite works programmed for completion by the end of 2009.
